Job Descriptions: •Assist Director on daily work and personal matters •Organizing and maintaining files, document, and records •Managing databases, updating contact lists, ensuring all information is properly filed and easily accessible. •Following up on pending matters with limited guidance •Responding to urgent and ad hoc requests •In charge of internal communication announcement •Co-ordinating and booking internal travel arrangements •You would be responsible for the operations of our Rental Property and execute mostly hands on tasks (supply shopping, move ins/outs, furniture assembly, managing cleaners, walkthroughs, etc). •Communication with all inquiries and questions from guests in messaging or answering call. . Job Requirements: •Knowledge of office management systems and procedures •Outstanding organizational and time management skills •Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload •Excellent verbal and written communications skills •MS Office and proficiency . Experience: Personal Assistant: 1 year (Preferred) . Job Type: Full-time . Shift & Schedule Monday to Friday .
